4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders canceled within 1 hour may be eligible for a full refund.
  • For custom or large orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days.

5. Service Charges & Taxes

All dine-in and takeaway bills are subject to a 10% service charge and 15% VAT, unless otherwise stated.
